Marketing emails. Click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email or contact us. We may still send non-marketing messages, such as replies to your inquiries.

Opt out of targeted advertising. Use our ["Your Privacy Choices" / cookie settings link] or enable a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser. We will treat a GPC signal as a request to opt out of sharing for targeted advertising for that browser.

State privacy rights. Depending on where you live (including California, Texas, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws), and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to:

You may use an authorized agent, who must provide proof of authorization. We will respond within the time required by law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with “Appeal” in the subject line; if your appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. Lead and contact records are generally kept while there is an active business relationship or reasonable prospect of one, and for up to three (3) years after our last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law. Analytics data is retained according to our providers' settings.
